The ‘Studio’ Pilates Reformer features a one-piece rail structure for an ultra-smooth and continuous movement ride. This refined system ensures that the reformer moving along the carriageway is virtually silent with no bridging or bumps between rails - as can be found in some lesser quality Pilates Reformers. The singular railway also provides incredible frame stability and durability.

The carriage works on an 8-wheel system with 4 vertical wheels that support the carriage while another 4 wheels sit horizontally in order to guide the carriage fluidly along the rail. The solid standing platform at the end of the carriage is coated with a non-slip surface for sturdy and stable use.

The ‘Studio’ Reformer has a 2-position EVA Foam padded headrest for comfort and support -regardless of user's height and shape. Two of these sit above the carriage and one level with the carriage.

There are 5 included springs, with different tensions for differing degrees of strength: 2 x light, 2 x medium and 1 x heavy. These springs slot into a gear bar which has three different settings to choose from.

The footbar has 4 positions for different exercises and the carriage has 2 stop adjustments at either end of the Reformer for a smooth glide. Rope lengths are fully adjustable and attach to a double-loop dual use hand and foot strap, maneuvered through a pulley system so you can quickly and easily adjust your positioning for different exercises.

The ‘Studio’ Pilates Reformer by Byron Bay Pilates Co. is made from A-grade German Beech Wood and is backed by a lifetime warranty. Extremely durable and sturdy, German Beech Wood also has a beautiful smooth finish, made even more sleek by the delicate hand staining and sanding process.

The five springs are made from Nickel-Plated Carbon Steel, making them rust-proof and incredibly strong.

All other parts are made from anodized aluminum - an oxidation and "black-dust" free treatment method.

The 'Studio’ Pilates Reformer not only has a lifetime warranty on the wood/frame, a 3 year parts home warranty and a 12 month commercial parts warranty.

By using the foot strap and the box you or your client can perform exercises which allow greater flexibility - as you can work through a fuller range of motion and change the direction of resistance to work different muscles.
